Coming to us on consignment, this Shen Rogeri 3/4 Maple bass (SB 300 Rogeri) is a commanding instrument with projection that truly sets it apart. Curiously labeled as 5/8th's, this instrument is anything but! With its larger‑scale body and 41.25" string length, it offers a powerful presence and resonance that fills any space with ease. Currently set up with a low‑action jazz configuration, it plays with speed and agility, but Shen’s renowned versatility means it can be easily adjusted to serve as a rich section instrument or a bold soloists companion.

At this price point, you’re stepping into professional‑grade quality at an intermediate investment — a rare opportunity for advancing students or seasoned players looking to expand their sound with both style and volume. Featuring a fully carved spruce top, maple back and ribs, ebony fingerboard, Euro individual machines, oil varnish finish and maple 'D' neck, this bass delivers craftsmanship, adaptability, and value in one remarkable package.
