The workshop's philosophy centers around teamwork, training, and openly shared ideas. Luthiers from both local and international backgrounds have come together in this Puglisi Ensemble.

For 3 decades, experienced luthiers and apprentices from Switzerland, Germany, England, Italy, the USA, Mexico, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, and many Australian craftspeople have made this workshop their home, some for just a few weeks and others for many years.
